In March 2003 the Board of MCX Sp. z o.o. took a decision on creation of a strong MCX Group. It was the beginning of strict specialisation of each company forming the group. At present the following make up the group:
MCX Sp. z o.o. conducts own operative activity and performs a strategic function in relation to group companies;
MCX Serwis Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp.k. was founded in 2004. From the beginning of its activities it concentrates on building a wide package of outsourcing services in the scope of: real property administration, Data Center and hosting and fleet management;
MCX Systems Sp. z o.o. offers a rich package of advanced software solutions. Solutions are scalable and flexibly develop with client’s needs. The following are worth mentioning in the MCX Systems offer: data communication applications, payment, charging and loyalty systems, card solutions, fleet complex monitoring, location, object identification on site, information management, multimedia communication systems. The company also possesses strategic partnerships with leading manufacturers of terminal-card solutions: Ingenico, VeriFone, Gemalto and Legic.
MCX Telecom 2 Sp. z o. o. was separated in December 2008 from the structure of MCX Systems. The company is a partner of world technological leaders: Aastra, NEC-Philips, Mitel, Tandberg. The MCX Telecom offer includes: private branch exchanges (TDM, hybrid and IP); DECT and DECT IP cordless telephone solutions, digital telephones, IP, SIP and MXL sets; IP, Unified Communications and Fixed Mobile Convergence telephone solutions, data communication applications (faxserver, call center, billing system); technical support and guarantee and after guarantee service.
