The company was established in 2004. With time the company changed its legal form, as well as its name. As from 2006 it functions under the present name MCX Serwis Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka Komandytowa. From the beginning of its activities, the Company concentrates on building a wide package of outsourcing services and offers specialist software products.
With respect to the services in the basic offer the following groups may be distinguished:
- services connected with real estate management: leasing, technical servicing of objects, BMS system service, maintenance and inspections, repair and arrangement works and interior fitment;
- office activities in the scope of reception, meeting, conference services;
- computer services in the scope: client infrastructure management and administration, maintaining operation continuity, system maintenance and inspection, backups, technical consulting, colocation in the MCX server room;
- fleet management services: purchase and sales of cars, supervision of service operations, assurance of insurance continuity, servicing of communication damage liquidation, supervision of the technical state.
Apart from service outsourcing the Company is competent in creation of dedicated systems. MCX Serwis developed, amongst others:

- AdLive – an innovative instrument for marketing communication with the client in the Digital Signage scope
- SIB (System of Intelligent Buildings) – a solution for integration of building systems and equipment leading to centralised management of all installations in public buildings and private residences
